As far as I need to go

I feel like I’ve gotten the ThinkPad to a place where it’s useful and functional enough.

Emacs is working and I’m comfortable with most of what I wanted to do with this machine. The idea of leaving the Mac completely isn’t feasible, so I don’t need Linux to do everything.

I’m happy using this old laptop for writing and blogging and browsing. I’m able to do that well enough for now. Anything more I do here would be tweaking, and I’d love to not spend too much time tweaking.

Posts here may become less frequent, in other words.
