A purpose for this blog

I started this blog as an excuse to play with BSSG. That’s still true, but I think I’ll also use it as a place to log my foray into using Linux.

I installed Fedora on my old ThinkPad yesterday, and I’ve spent most of my time since then trying to get the basics working. It’s been a struggle. Fedora seems quite nice. I’m talking about all the little things that need configuring or installing. It’s a lot! I’ll keep you posted.
